He has been searching for her whereabouts for 14 years and doesn't know where she's at, which is why Sophie has contracted you to assist. The Dossier includes some basic information, a picture, and a short timeline of her last known actions/locations per Ashley's point of view; she has also included a phone number to contact her should you need further resources or information.
Timeline Synopsis: 14 years ago, after the final battle of the Forgotten War, Ava left her home to talk to Vivian about the rebuilding of the supernatural order, but has not been seen since. Vivian's abandoned subway station base has been raided and investigated, but no evidence has been found of either of the missing women. Vivian confirmed, before her own disappearance, that she had met with Ava and had seen her off; by her account, Ava should have returned home, but Ashley has confirmed that she never did.
